Are these companies all legal? I use Bank of America. I am thinking about closing my account, but need to check into how BOA deals with this sort of thing I am also thinking about filing for bankruptcy.

I haven't heard of the other pdl you have but you can type the name of this company into the search box located in the upper right hand corner of this forum and read how others dealt with them. I have read other members post about BOA and how difficult they are to work with regarding pdl's. CLICK HERE to find out how to deal with illegal lenders.

If I were you I would really think twice about filing BK over these illegal pdl. If only 1 is legal you can work something out with them and there are other ways to get rid of the illegal ones without filing BK. Unless you have other debts as well-I'm just saying I would'nt file bk over this.
