After the 341 meeting is over, your creditors will have 60 days time to file objection to the discharge of all debt. After the 60 days time period is over, court has to discharge your debts. However, if you do not turn over non-exempt property or if you violate other rules, your discharge can be set aside.

Hi
I been reading most of your post and I know how you feel. I myself have gotten into payday loans. Unfortuntley I got into too many borrow one from another to pay the last one. I was paying about $600-$700 every two weeks. I am not sure how I was doing it. I am tired and I need a way out. I actually started working with a debt assistance program to get this resolved. I am hoping that they can help me I feel like I am lost and so unsure if they will truly be able to help me. My other situation with all of this is that I notified my bank the one the ach withdrawls were coming out of that I was working with the program and they told me there is nothing they can do. The program that I am working with has been great they have drafted up letters for me let me know about my rights that I was not aware of. I am know over a $1000.00 over drawn on my bank account. Any advice I don't know what to do I don't want to file bk. I had to do that when I first got a divorce and I have still 3 months left before it clears my credit report. I am fully aware that I go myself into this situation and I am trying to get myself out but I don't know what to do.
