how can i find out if the following are CSO's or PDL companies in Texas? I have taken this project on for my mother who is way over her head in PDL debt.

I have adviced her to close her bank account, but she not only has electronic drafts, but she has written some checks which they have sent thru over and over again. I am asking her to go to the bank and talk to them about Hard ACH block, stop pmts and closing account as she is almost $800 overdrawn as we speak.

What's your reason for asking if their those types of companies in Texas?
I think the more important question to ask is why your mom hasn't called the police and filed a law suit for them blatantly stealing money -if what you say is accurate.
