Hello
I would first like to say God Bless all of you. Just by reading a few of the posts on this site I can tell that you are all wonderful helping people. Now for the business. My wife and I have fallen into the PDL trap and are desperately trying to get out. We reside in Michigan and have what i believe to be 12 outstanding PDLs. One of them is with a storefront PDL with Check into Cash that I am not to worried about. All of the others are internet PDLs.
Here is the list:
Kenwood Services $250 bor. $75 pmt. 75 paid today
MyCashNow $300 bor. $90 pmt. 0 paid
PDLLoanCenterLMS $300 bor. $90 pmt. 0 paid
OneClickCash $400 Bor. $120 pmt. $240 paid
ACE $200 bor. $60 pmt. $120 paid
Pack Mgmt/ B&L $300 bor. $90 pmt $270 paid
Ameriloan Mine $300 bor. $90 pmt $270 paid
SMS Group LLC $300 bor. $90 pmt $180 paid
500 FastCash $300 bor. $90 pmt $270 paid
Ameriloan Wife $300 bor. $90 pmt. $360 paid
Chieftain $300 bor. $90 pmt $660 paid in refinance plus $100 paid down and lowered payment to $60.

Unfortunately that is the list any help would be appreciated. I bank with Chase and would not mind changing banks since we are becoming disatisfied with their service. Once Again Thank You All.

Most of the internet payday loan companies are illegal and so you need to pay back only the amount you have borrowed. I think that if you cannot control your debts yourself, you can register with a good debt consolidation company who will help you to repay back the debt. You can also consult the community experts if you want.

The first thing you need to do is close your bank account so you can get control back of your money. I have'nt dealt with any of the same ipdl's that you have but recognize many to be illegal. Read the sticky on dealing with illegal pdl. the 13th post down is a letter that you can send adjusting to your own situation-after you close your account and secure your money. It takes a lot of time and research but you can do it yourself. You can search each pdl name in the box on the top right of this page to get more info and see what others are saying about them.

None of the Internet lenders you have are licensed to lend to MI residents but you can check at the link below to be sure, or you can call (877) 999-6442.

I'm sorry to tell you this, but there is only one sure way to stop the withdrawals, and that is to close your account. If that isn't an option, then tell the bank to put a hard debit block on your account. Before you close your account, read this information at the link below. http://www.debtconsolidationcare.com/paydayloan/close-account.html

Please do not let any of these pdl's know you are going to close your account, until AFTER you have done it!
