Are these people licensed anywhere? I got a call from Lewis shaprio out of New york...turns out they are a collection agency.
they wanted me to pay 900.00 this includes fees for the 650.00 loan. The Oregon dept of Finace sent me the letter Paydayservices sent them stating that they would settle for the 650.00, but they never contacted me they sent it to collection. Now to top it off they no longer are doing any lending I wonder why, they now direct you to some other loan shark.
I thought when items went to collection your were suppose to get a letter from them and be able to dispute the claim if need be not get called and told you will be sued for fraud for wrting a bad check, which I didn't I put a block on the account and informed them with a letter and phone call as by law.
I fined it interesting they are no longer making loans. Any information on this company would be most helpful.

It sounds like they are practicing illegal collections tactics.
It sounds like they are practicing illegal collections tactics. Illegal pdl's will send your file to illegal collection agencies. I have never heard of them myself, you may want to try searching thier name in the box on the top right of this page and you can find out what others are saying about them.

i had paydayservices,and they are illegal in every way.i would bet that the collection agency is also illegal just by the way they threatened you.file AG complaints against both the pdl,and the bottomfeeding CA.

PAUL TYPICAL POST SHE LOCKS EVERYTHING THAT MIGHT CONTRADICT HER OPINIONS WHY HASN'T THIS SITE BANNED THE QUEER STRANGE POSTS THAT ARE STUPID MEAN POSTS THAT DO NOT ENCOURAGE NEW MEMBERS ON THE SITE AND THEY GET RUN OFF FROM THIS VERY RUDE PERSON WHICH IN MY OPINION HAS COST THE SITE A LOT OF $ IN THALONG RUN?
