Does TN require CA to be licensed in state?
Date: Fri, 07/17/2009 - 10:39
I have read that some states don't require CA to be licensed in thier stae. Does anyone know if this is true and what kind of licensing requirement TN has for CA?
I am specifically looking for info on Alliance Asset Management who I have found is not licensed in the state of TN. They are collecting for a pdl who there seems to be some debate or if they are actually legally or not.
I am getting ready to dv AAM but am trying to find out if they can legally collect in TN.
Thanks for any info!
