I am an idiot!

I posted this but I think it is lost in cyberspace somewhere.

I defaulted on some payday loans a couple of years ago. One caught up to me through attorney Pat Corbitt. I sent them a debt validation letter but then panicked when they said they would take me to court. I talked with Ms. Colvert and I agreed to make 4 payments to pay off this loan through a prepaid walmart visa card. She was to send the paper work. I received confirmation they received my certified debt validation letter. I made the first payment but no paper work.

The next payment is coming due and I still do not have the paper work. I called her last week and she claimed they sent it out and would send it out again. It has been over a week since the second phone call to get the paper work. I also have had no letter about my debt validation.

I would like to get this paper work before I give them any more money. Am I just screwed? Just pay them and forget it or demand the papers before any more money is given? Since I agreed to the payment do I have any room to negotiate?
