It is never impossible to change direct deposit....email, fax....you can get the form. Dont let anyone tell you it cannot be done...in these days of identity theft, they have to let you do it.

Your husbands company can change direct deposit options over the phone after verifying it is him calling. People change their options all the time and it will not be a new thing to his company.
You have to be willing to work to make these changes or the cycle will never stop. The first thing is to secure the funds that you have.
You need to close your bank account, open a new one at a different bank. Call your husbands company and give them the new info. Fax or email them the new info if need be.
Give your old bank a ach revocation letter even if you close your old account. That way you have revoked authorization for the PDL companies to withdraw money out of your account.
Make a list of all the PDL companies,
amount borrowed, amount paid,
PDL company info: address, phone, email
are all these companies licensed and legal? If they are not you only owe the amount borrowed without interest.
After getting your ducks in a row, so to speak, you need to send each and every PDL company a letter revoking ach transactions (only after you have closed or put a hard block on your bank account).
Call the legal & licensed PDL companies and work out an extended payment plan with them first.

If you list the PDL companies you can probably get faster help here, than trying to research them all by yourself to find out if they are legal & licensed etc.

I also live in Missouri and have spoken to Joe several times on the phone. He is a great guy, and will tell you exactly what to do.
When I spoke with him I was in about the same situation as you. He told me to secure my funds and take back control. He said, as long as "you" make it easy for the PDL companies to keep doing ach transactions to withdraw funds from your account they will not be willing to work with you. Why should they, they have you right where they want you.
Joe told me if I have any problems with any of my PDL companies to just call him back and HE would call them.

AmeriLoan is located at the same address as USFastCash, & United Cash Loans. A subsequent BBB investigation determined that this address is the address for offices of the Miami Nation Indian Tribe. During its investigation of these companies, BBB employees visited the location as well as sent a certified letter to the Chief of the Tribe asking for further information regarding these companies. Employees of the Miami Nation Indian Tribe neither confirmed nor denied knowledge of the loan companies, and informed BBB staff that they would have to speak to the Miami Nation Indian Tribe's Leadership concerning the matter. BBB has not received a response from the Chief concerning this matter. At the present time, BBB does not know if these companies are operated by the Tribe, by employees or other people using the Tribe's addresses, or is a joint venture between the Tribe and a for-profit company.
The complaints against this company and others located at the same address generally allege the inability to pay off the requested loan, charges to the consumer's checking or credit card account despite never receiving the requested loan, or continued unauthorized charges to the consumer's credit card or checking account once the loan has been paid off.
BBB has determined that this company is not licensed in the state of Oklahoma to provide loans to consumers and does not appeare to be licensed in any of the states from which consumers have filed complaints with BBB. However, if the Miami Indian Tribe actually operates this business, it may not be subject to state laws regulating this industry.
BBB encourages all consumers seeking loans of any kind to research all of their options before providing any private financial information or signing any loan papers. Consumers should check with BBB on the company's grade, their complaint volume, and whether or not the company is licensed or regulated to provide the type of loan services the customer is seeking.

OK, sorry morgan, I meant for you to start a whole new topic but let's just deal with it here, it was my fault for not explaining. Anyways, none of your lenders are licensed to lend in your state. You need to get your checking account closed asap, AFTER you close the account, then you can start the process of paying them back via the mail with money orders. You only need to pay them back the original amount you borrowed, no interest and NO fees, deduct whatever you have paid them already from the amount you borrowed and that is what you would owe them. They can't sue you but they will threaten, anyway, CLICK HERE to find out how to deal with illegal lenders.

Is Zip 19 licensed in MO? After reading several threads, my thought is no. If I am correct, does this include other DBA names such as Northway Financial.
I would appreciate it if you could verify this for me.
Thanks.
