I have a lemon law case with them that has dragged on and on and on. 8 or 9 different lawyers have had their hands on it. No one knows what's going on. They don't do anything unless I call and complain. It's taken 8 months + and I'm still waiting for a resolution. They are the worst law firm I have ever had to deal with. AVOID!

Yes, I have . Krohn & Moss represented me where my consumer rights were being violated by collection company. We sued the collection company and won. Great company to hire for your legal needs.

Here's the deal with Krohn & Moss. They typically handle FDCPA claims (1). You sign an agreement that essentially attempts to stop the harassment and get you the maximum statutory damages under the FDCPA ($1k). Attorney fees are paid by the debt collector. If your primary goal is to stop the harassment, this is a great firm to use. However, if you have suffered injury beyond $1k, you should make sure it is clear they will not settle your case for the $1k. You grant them power of attorney to settle your case when you sign the retainer and you will NEVER know the true amount of the settlement.

@Anonymous - litigation takes a long time. Have they actually filed a lawsuit against the company that sold you the lemon??? Or are they still trying to settle the matter. Be advised there is a statute of limitations and if they don't file, you might be SOL.

They've settled a debt collection case for me and I currently have another one pending. Positive results.
