Debt Validation Sample Letter to request for validation of debt
Under the FDCPA, you have the right to ask for validity of the debt that the collection agency says you owe to them. You'll need the Debt Validation Letter in order to challenge the validity of the alleged debt. Given below is a sample debt validation letter for you to understand how to request in writing for validation of debt.

Dear Collection Manager,
Re: Account Number__________
This is to inform you that I've recently pulled my credit report and noticed that there's a collection from your agency on my credit report. I have never been notified of this collection. However, this letter does not imply that I refuse to pay this debt. Rather, I would like to dispute your claim.
As per the FDCPA, I have the right to request a validation of this debt. I request you to prove that I am indeed the party who is by contract obligated to pay off this debt.
I hope you are aware of the fact that reporting any invalidated information to major credit bureaus may constitute defamation of character, as negative listing on credit report does not allow me to enjoy the benefits of good credit. In addition, you must also be aware that until you validate this debt, you can neither continue collection activities nor report this information on my credit report. I'm sure your legal staff will agree that non-compliance with this request is likely to put your company in serious legal trouble with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and other state/federal agencies.
Please attach copies of the following documents:
1.Agreement with your client that authorizes you to collect on this alleged debt.
2.Agreement that bears signature of the alleged debtor wherein he promises to pay the creditor.
3.Complete payment history on this account so as to prove that the debt amount you wish to collect is correct.
With regards,

they are'nt "allowed" to. As you said- they are illegal in your state- so they are not operating within the law.
What are the names of the companies you are dealing with? We can help you a little better if we know which companies you are dealing with.
Have you read the sticky about dealing with illegal paydayloans? If not I would suggest you start there. The 13th post down in that thread has a sample letter that you can use to send to your illegal lenders- just modify it to your state and your situation .

Yes someone on this website told me not to worry about them because they're illegal to operate in this state but they keep calling and harrasing my family members and others,Im afraid they'll come to my job and serve me.
The company I had a payday loan with was Paydayloan-yes,and they're dealing with an arbitration agency called CRA and associates, operating out of washington.

Have you sent them the letter? Continue to send the letter everyday if you need to. Stay off the phone with them. If they call and you know its them hang up and don't talk with them. Tell your family to hang up as soon as they know its them. If they are still bothering you send complaints to your attorney general and the FTC.
They won't come to your job and serve you because they are not legal. They don't have a leg to stand on and they are not going to show up in court.

Paydayloan-yes isn't even located in the states. As far as this arbitration company, they are most likely making false threats. You can't really stop them from calling your references because they won't. If they are attempting to collect for an unlicensed lender that speaks volumes about them. Read about them at the link below.

If you will click on the link and read about them, you will see they go by different names. This won't ever go to court because payday loans are prohibited in your state. They do NOT have a legal leg to stand on.
