i came to this board originally looking for info about langhorne and i ended up deciding to do it myself because langhorne seemed so overpriced.

So far I have only paid the minimum payment they accept with is $50, I live in Arkansas and I have 6 different PDL's. I was just looking as someone who could settle because at the moment I am having to work part-time and will be going on maternity leave in November so I won't be working during that time. Not to mention what got me behind on these loans was the fact that I got put on bed rest for about 2 months previously. I keep trying to work out payments with them myself but they keep telling me that they need my credit card # which I don't have any credit cards at all because of a past bankruptcy and they don't believe me. Also I don't trust these people to just give out a credit card # even if I had one. I have been thinking about doing this myself but I didn't know how to start. I offered to pay everyone by money order but they refuse to accept a money order at all so how do I pay them since I had to close my checking account.

Why not get a pre-paid debit card at Walmart? You can just put whatever you agree to on the card so they can't possibly take more than that?
