Law Offices of Howard Schiff

In January I received a letter from the law offices of Howard Schiff in reguards to a Capital One card account that wasn't mine. Sent a DV letter. In early July I received a responce with a computer print screen of a lot of numbers not much else,so I filed it with the letter.
In the mean time I went to court with them last week on a Capital One account that was mine and it was dismissed. In the mail on this past Saturday I receive a letter from them with my info on the card I went to court about (containing my application for this account with my ss # Dob, and phone #) a violation as it is.. Grahm Leach Baily) in addition the last 2 pages was another persons Capital one Statement they were attempting to collect on. Name address and account #. I went back to the CC they are attempting to collect on and there it was, that cc belongs to another person. His name and address appears at the bottom. So here I sit with the names and addresses of 2 people that Howard Schiff is attempting to collect on. Any advice. I plan to call them and maybe write the 2 people whos info I have.
Not to mention I have their info, who has mine. Their DV was a copy of my application with ALL my info on it!
