They are illegal and not licensed in Mississippi so when i call and try to make payment arrangements do I let them know they they are not legal to loan money in my state and I want to set up a payment plan to pay the principal only? or what?

You can give it a whirl, but, if it were me, they would receive payments on MY terms. My terms would be, money orders, via the mail, the amount I can afford, when I can afford it. I would also tell them, no address, no payments. If that isn't acceptable, then I would tell them to go ahead and sue me! But you do whatever is comfortable for you, and all you owe them is the principal amount you borrowed.

Shazzers, have you ever dealt with PayDay Max? They seem to only want to deal over the phone but I am going to try and use the email address you sent earlier. Also, I emailed my letters last week and A2BCash.com is the only ones that wrote off my account. Of course, I had to fill out a ticket with them online so they got my letters immediately. Emerald Marketing, Integrity Advance, and Impact Cash has not responded. Everytime I email Impact Cash, I get a system return saying undeliverable because the mailbox is full. Yesterday, I mailed my letters. Do I need to keep emailing these people or what?

I spoke with Payday Max & when i told them that i needed to set up a payment plan, they referred me to Credit Protection Depot. When I spoke with them, they told me that I had to fax them proof that I only owe them the principal amount. She said I can extend the loan. I told her that if i pay anything to them, it's going towards the principal & she says that's not how it works but I can fax her my info and they will review it. She wasn't rude, she just kept sauing that if i can't afford to pay the loan right now, then I need to pay the interest to extend the loan. I kept telling her that PDM isn't licensed in my state so therefore i only have to pay the principal amount. So I will see what happens when I send her the Mississippi laws and my letter revoking ACH debits and any wage assignments. They claim that they do not have an email to receive emails, they just send emails. I'm going to use a fax from Office Depot or something so that they won't send stuff to my job via fax.

Where is PayDay Max located? I see something about Grenada...where is that? Is it in the U.S.? I can't seem to find a physical address.
PayDayMax is not legal in anyway. Yes they say they are located
PayDayMax is not legal in anyway. Yes they say they are located in Grenada which is not in the US. I'm thinking it might be in central america but not for sure on that. You probably won't be able to find a physical address for them for that reason. I have never seen one for them.
Well since they may not be a U.S. company, do they still have to
Well since they may not be a U.S. company, do they still have to follow the laws of Mississippi? This may get ugly. We will see what happens after I fax them the info.

The Credit Protection Depot is full of CRAP! Whatever you do please don't admit to owing this debt, don't confirm it or deny it. Just send payments via money orders through the mail. Tell them no address, no payments. Remember, this is on YOUR terms now, they can like it or lump it. I wouldn't even talk with them other than to tell them you will make payments through the mail, via money orders on YOUR terms. Otherwise, I would tell them if that isn't good enough go ahead and sue me. But as you know, that's just me, you have to do what you're comfortable with.

Yes they should have to follow the laws but they are illegal so they don't- they don't operate within the law-they do what ever they want. They are shifty and change names and seem to have no physical address. That is why these companies are so hard to deal with.
