Is anyonce familiar with this number. It's very difficult to understand the person leaving the message. They call repeatedly and threaten action taken regarding fraudelant activity. The person leaving the message said his name is Michael Adkins with a strong Indian accent and the company name sounded like National Affidavit Dept. Thanks for your help.


I think it is a call from some collection agency calling you up for an outstanding debt. You need not worry about the call until you get a collection letter from them. Most of these collection agencies threaten you with harassing calls because they do not have documents which will prove that they own your debt.

Hi~ the same company called me and threaten to pick me up from my home in a one. he stated that i recieved a payday cash advance from some company over the internet for $ 350.00. I never applied for any payday loan. Do any one know about the company and the name of the company.

another bogus number of US NATIONAL BANK.do not speak to this person if you can.they are in INDIA and a complete scam.ignore them and they will go away.in the meantime.file a police report for the harrassment.then file an FTC complaint.go to ftc.gov and do it online.just don't speak to them.it's a waste of time.
