This is not the answer I expected to get. I did not know that there was such a thing as a 341 meeting. Do you have more detail about that? How would I object if he has a legal right to file bk?

He will have to list you as a creditor on his bankruptcy filing. You will be notified by the courts and you have the opportunity to object at the 341 meeting (creditors meeting). Unless he did something illegal, it is not likely that you would win.
