Hello,

I recently got a 600.00 loan from Loanpoint USA. They are telling me that I have to pay back 780.00. They haven't debited anything from my account yet but will be at the end of the month. The problem is my car just broke down and I had to use the money I was going to pay them to fix my car. Now, I am worried that they are going to come after me and sue me or garnish my wages for not having the money in the bank. I called and spoke to the representative and explained the situation and she said I had to have a minimum of 180.00 at the end of the month in order to prevent problems and that they would continue to take out 180 every 15 days but none of it will go toward the actual loan. It is just to hold me over from being sued. Is this legal in Tennessee? What happens if I can't even come up with 180.00?
