I have been involved with TCCS for over a year. They have done WONDERS for me. Bob Lindsey is a man of INTEGRITY, everything was explained to me upfront, and I have found solid and LEGAL business practices.

Hey Darrell......did Bob Lindsey tell you about his permanent injunction by the Texas attorney General in 1994 for his participation the SCAM ChildCare Collections of America which ripped off single mothers to the tune of 40% of their child support checks.
Darrell did Bob Lindsey tell you about his felony theft conviction and his probation violations? Or how about his multiple bankruptcies the last one in 2002?

can anyone tell me what the current customers are going to do since we are in the middle of the program? Is anyone going to trust any other firm to handle, that is if anyone will now take over cases without having to spend thousands of dollars. Please reply if you have any information. Thanks.
company is a scam and fraud
I have personal knowledge of the way this company acts, or has acted. If you have already bought the program, then you are not going to be happy with the results. Almost every aspect or "step" of the program was a made up farce and does not work. There are very valid and legal reasons why the AG's office stepped in and it is a shame that all of their customers have been duped.
