payday one email addy

Hi getting out of trouble,

From what I hear, Payday One is a legal lender. I'm not sure how much sending a revocation letter will do, but I could be wrong. Hopefully, someone will have more info for you.

You probably can just go to the website paydayone .com and click on "contact us" or something.

I did go to the payday one website, but it only gives their physical address and nothing for their email address.

I need to send them a letter to revoke my ach agreement.

Payday one is a legal lender. I was able to set up a reasonable agreement with them. They stopped adding interest and late fees for me to. They were nice and understanding on the phone.

PaydayOne is a Legal/Licensed lender. Have you tried to contact them for an alternate payment arrangement? Former members have benn able to setup an agreeable arrangment via telephone.

sorry let me explain, I know payday one is a legal lender. I have contacted them. They told me that unless I send and they receive a revoke ach agreement from me the drafts will still come out of my account.

I was going to email them a copy of the revoke letter and then send them a hard copy in the mail. The draft is supposed to come out this next Tuesday so I wanted to do the email to make sure they got it in time.

I have went to their website and am unable to find their email address under the contact us section.

After I get the revoke ach in place, I will contact them again to do an EPP. I am not going to have the funds in my account for them to draft by Tuesday.

I would send to both with read receipt attached.

I sent my ach revoke letter to PayDayOne right thru their website and they said they would honor it (although by then my bank account was closed so I don't know if they really did or not) Log into your account from thier website and then select contact us and there is several options listed. I can't remember exactly which one I used but it might have been something like payment arrangements. I'm sure if you look at the list you can figure it out.

okay-go to their website-log into your account. On the very bottom of the page (its really off the main page in the small print on the bottom of the page) there is a link that says contact us-click on that. It will go to a page that lists all of the address info like you have found. Scroll down to the bottom of that page. Then there is a place where you can send them a message. There will be a drop down menu entitled-message subject and you can pick from the list. Its there I just went and checked.

I sent them an ACH revoke email to this addy several days ago and they responded.

Did you have any trouble revoking the ACH?

No, they actually agreed to honor it immediately...they just asked for payment by another means right away. Good luck!

Thanks MGall that makes me feel better. I want to pay them! I want to do it some other way than then taking it out of my checking account.
