Has anyone received a refund from Emerald, Impact, or Integrity??

It was not the amount I was asking but surprisingly I did receive a refund from them. Required me to sign a confidentiality clause. KEEP AT THEM!!!!!!

Sometimes I think getting a refund not only depends on what company you are dealing with but also what state you are in-as some states seem to be pretty aggressive with fighting these illegal places and others are not quite as aggressive.

I tried to get a refund from Integrity Advance but in the end I was happy enough with the PIF they gave me. I didn't want to push my luck too much.

Wildk, how long did it take you to get a PIF letter? I have been back and forth with them via email for the past couple of days. They have tried to offer me a settlement and they say that they are bound by Delaware laws NOT Mississippi laws, which is where I live. I don't want this to get ugly...did they ever get ugly with you?

I am the guest who received the refund from Integrity. It took about 2 months of back and forth e-mails and I had definitely overpaid them.....was required to to sign a confidentiality agreement in order to get the refund which is why I signed in as a guest. Integrity and many others monitor this site. Make sure to file your complaints with BBB, FTC and your AG. Keep at it and don't give up!!!!!!!!!!
