Has anyone ever been sent plaintiffs first request for admissions? How did you handle it?
You have to answer them within the stated time period. You can
You have to answer them within the stated time period. You can always deny them. But the dangerous thing with admissions is, if you don't respond with the time allowed, they are deemed admitted. And you will lose the case because they worded them such that, if admitted, they win.
And you can send them admissions, too.
