Statue of Limitations
I thought I would ask you this question. If you have a old account that you have not paid is there a statue of limitations that you can use when you go to court. I hope I am explaining this right I am from PA and a friend of my has not paid on a credit card in about 4 years and now they are probably going to take him to civil court for the money.
