Ok I have 2 paydays loans with Summit Group LLC for 150.00 and 1 with SSM Group LLC for 150.00.I have paid just the refinance 2 times on both of them for 45.00 whick is 90.00.I have been working to find all the info. on them. They both are unlicensed/illegal.I live in Pa and all internet pdl loans are illegal in PA.I close my checking acount due to Idtheft. That's another story.I can't pay these and going to let them default on Friday.I'm willing to pay off the balance. But right now I don't need someone calling and threateneding me.What do I do from here so these people can't call me?I have to deal with idtheft and it's madding.

There are ways by which you can stop harassing phone calls from collection agency. One such way is to send a Cease and Desist Letter to the collection agency thereby requesting them to stop contacting you.

Given below is a sample Cease and Desist Letter.

Dear Collection Manager,

Re: Account Number__________

This letter is a written request asking you to cease and desist in your efforts to collect on the debt account as stated above. It is my personal choice to deal with the original creditor and not the collection agencies.

Thus, I request you to cease collection efforts immediately or face legal actions under the state/federal laws. I hope you would consider giving this letter the attention it deserves.

Yours truly,
