My friend got a threatening collection call today. Stating they are going file charges for bank fraud and I am very aware of this scare tactic. I want to report them to the various agencies but he was unclear of the name. the number he called was 877-252-4491- can anyone help? I also received one of these weird calls from someplace call cashnet. I did have an issue with payday loans last year but this came back to bite me in the **. He had a really heavy indian accent, called me at 5:29pm and told me I needed to pay them 300 before 5:30 or I will be hauled to court. Needless to say, I never went to court but I want to report them as well. Thanks for any help you may be able to give me.

sorry guest,but this is another phony# for US NATIONAL BANK.this is a scam!!!!!!!do not talk to them again if you can keep track of how many #'s they use it would help.if you have v-mail let any unfamiliar calls go there.just don't talk to them again,and file AG,and FTC complaints.
