There is a company that keeps calling my job inregards to a debt, most likely a PDL. They have NEVER sent anything in writing and now they are callling the CEO of my job. This course of action will not help get them paid any faster. I have called the 800-number to get a voicemail, with no company. I have left a message to call me at another number. What Can I do? This is an internet loan company more than likely, so I am not sure what I can do legally to get this to stop. Any suggestions? they are calling from 1-800-399-8584

send this pdl bottomfeeder debt buyer a DV and C&D letter.send them certified mail return receipt.the IL AG made them lay low,but my ag will take care of them.file an AG complaint as well.
