My boss just called them and told them that we do not do wage assigment and they turned around and said they were going to get a Judgment to be able to garnish my wages. The only thing is I live in PA and the only garnishment they do is Child Support and Student Loans.
Can this place get a judgement out of state to garnish my wages?

i answered your other post.no they have to get a court order in the county or burrough you reside in.they are lying to you if they say otherwise.

most likely.alot of illegal or unlicensed places say some outrageous things.the weird part is they actually believe what they are saying.must be the greed.
