chapter 13 hardship discharge

The chapter 13 I had was dismissed because at the time I was awaiting a social security hearing. I was then 4 months later fully disabled by the Judge reviewing my disabilty case.He back dated my disabilty 1-1/2 years prior to the dismissal of chapter 13.How do I clear my credit report,with a hardship withdrawl now?

Dont think you can clear it. You should have converted your 13

May be. You really need to get the advice of an attorney in your area. The first appointment should be free, and he will be able to advise you to the specifics of you situation. There are a lot of variables. Where you live is one. Each state has different rules about what you can keep. The ID theft is another one. You probably need to file a police report on that one. I cannot really give advice on this one. It is too generic. I would hate for you to make a decision based on what I have to say, and I end up being wrong for your situation.

Don't know if this helps, but it is the best that I have got.
