Welcoem to the Community :D First of all, you need to remember that you are on a public forum,and that people may not be who they say they are--check everything out. Second-there are some others here that may have had a similiar situation and can give you some pointers--so hold on and see what others say.
Have you looked for legal aid in your area--naca --for instance may be able to help you.

I am aware of users on here using a made-up screen names for their avatars---but are there ways to view their public profile which may have their email address? If that was possible, then we can just email them and hope for a response.
-And as for you recommending looking up for naca attorneys--I just found out about their purposes, and what they really do. If I can't seem to "get in touch" with the consumer lawyer that I was asking about, then I may have to choose that option (of finding one locally)
I was really hopeful that someone here may know "Chris L" and able to provide me with the info of getting in contact with her. It would be ever nicer if she stumbles upon this question, as she is very fimiliar with Unifund and S & R and their unethical practices.
