Have you taken any loan from them? If so, negotiate with the company and request them to send an itemized statement before you make any payment agreement. After you have verified the details, pay it off. Once you have completed the payments, the lender will update your file with the bureau and your credit ratings will improve considerably.

200cash.com has several payday loan places they send applications to. Thats how we ended up Debt Dr./BMG Group. It always showed on bank statement that 200cash.com was withdrawing, but when we had to default on the loan we found out it was Debt Dr/BMG Group. I have learned a valuable lesson, if you haven't got the money, don't go get a payday loan. They will destroy you financialy.

There are woeful experiences of taking a payday loan. Don't take a payday loan from the internet advance fee brokers. They will advance you money without any terms and conditions. This way, they want to do their business. But things start losing shape when you are unable to pay within the next payday. The interest charges will keep rising and if you fail to make the payments, it will be tough to catch up the principal amount. Even though, you are making the minimum payments, it will be tough enough to catch up with the loan amount.

If you really need money, look for some other sources. Don't rely on payday loans. It will ruin your financial management system.

I joined this forum recently and read many painful stories of taking a payday loan. The reason behind joining this forum is to impart knowledge that I have gathered all these years. I find this community very caring for each other and felt like sharing my concern.

i have done very well with pay day loans because I call them after I complete the application and before they send me any money. I want o know what the pay off is. I have not had any trouble/ I only have one problem and that is with 200cash.com. They stated that they were going to take $19 from my checking account once I was approved.however the $19 has not been taken yet and I cannot get them to email me back. Who I contact at the company to find out what is going on. Are they brokers.

Being alert before you make any agreement is a good thing. You should also insist on having the agreement in writing as proof. The contract must specify all the details about the pay off. If the charges get high unexpectedly in the middle of the term, you have a case against them.

They're a total scam. They've made my savings account bounce because they didn't verify first if they would be able to take out their "application fee" of $19.00. They replied to my email calling me an IDIOT and that if I didn't like their application, I was free to leave the country. Total scammers.

They sent me an email this past Friday saying I was approved for a loan. I never even applied for a loan with them. Should I just ignore the email, or should I call them and ask why are they sending this to me, b/c I never applied?

I'm thinking they probably got my info for the loan from my past ipdls. If this is the case, then they most more than likely have my old banking account info, which I closed.

This company has charged me TWICE for the $19 application fee, and then proceeded to charge me $44 for a "preauth payment", of which was not authorized

i applied for a loan and they approved me took the $19 dollars asked for me to resend the granishment sheet for if i did not pay the loan, they would garnish my check and i never heard from them again can they still garnish my check even though i didn't get the loan money from them

Just two days ago I was told I was approved for a $200.00 loan from these people. They deducted $19.00 from my bank account. They have a voice recording when trying to contact them so you can forget about talking to a live person. These people are total crooks and please everyone DO NOT GET FOOLED BY THESE SCUMBAGS!
