as most of you know i'm gonna file bk. the question i can't get str8 answer on, if i pay 200.00 a month on my student loan does the 200.00 get taken off my disposable income. the money is used to pay the loans there for is not disposable?!?! can i get help on this one plzzzzzzzzzz.

the reason i ask is if i take the student loan of 200.00 of my disposable income then i would qualifiy for chapter 7 . is there a trustee asigned to all bk cases, and what about child support ,my wife gets child support does that count as income
