I am familiar with this company and several people who have used their program with success. The principles of the company are in fact, some of the first people to ever execute the debt settlement and debt consolidation processes 25 years ago. They have addresses that are not offices but also have an office address that is not publicized to heavily due to the fact that the company has other offices that do the enrollments for them. PDM does many things but primarily they are the back end settlement organization for customers who have been enrolled by front end offices elsewhere. My mother went through a settlement program with them and it was exactly as she was told. Her $50k in credit card debt was renegotiated to less than half that amount and the interest was reduced to 0%, the fees were removed and she paid off the debt in half the time and half the cost of the traditional credit counseling program. This company simply does not subscribe to various web communities who only promote the folks who pay them to promote their business. Therefore they are not on the "good" list. There are the facts if anyone needs to know.
