American Express CC got handled over to Nationwide Credit ,Inc Help?

Has anyone ever dealt with Nationwide Credit,Inc? What was your results? Or should I just try to deal directly with American Express if I can?
My AE CC is about 90 days ..AE offered only 25% SETTLEMENT

I just finished speaking with Nationwide Credit about my AMEX.
I just finished speaking with Nationwide Credit about my AMEX. They offered me 35% to settle. I can't do that in one lump sum so I asked to do the settlement in more than one payment. I was told Nationwide was NOT interested in anything but lump sums so I told them to send it back to AMEX. I can do a 20% lump sum so I'll keep my fingers crossed AMEX will agree.
