I have started to pay a CA. My question is since I started to pay is it to late to send a validation letter?

not necessarily true.even in some states payment won't restart SOL unless there is a written agreement.a couple of questions.

who is the ca
did you get something in writing in regards to this arrangement.

we can help further if you provide the info requested.

they are a nasty bottomfeeder.before you get the DV letter out.ask for a receipt or confirmation of payments received.bet they won't do it.then fire off the letter.send it certified mail return receipt.

i got NCO being a bottomfeeder from BUDD HIBBS site.he is an ally in the battle against these type of places.ways to tell a bottomfeeder.

threaten arrest,garnishment,on the first call.
refuse to send anything in writing.
really won't offer more than an amount owed and stupid threats.
won't provide an address.demand bank info and payment that day.

it's real easy after awhile to assertain one from a legit CA.
