I have also had dealings with these people. The man I talked to told If I did not pay they would turn it over to the District att. and It would end up costing me three time what the loan was plus all the legal fees. They do not tell you they are with 1st Integral Recovery Services He told me they were with IRS services. Can they get that much money out of me If can not pay what they would like up front.

Help

Is this the same company that works with Lawal Law in Houston? They have threatened and bullied me and STILL have not sent proper debt validation. A Mr. Portis calls....Mr. Milano has been fired....never the same story twice....only the threats if you don't "go on ahead and pay this."

I never got anything in the mail either. They are quick to threaten you though. I don't know what to do anymore. I have just ignored their calls now that I recognize the phone numbers. That's probably not good, but until they answer the debt validation, I'm not answering anything!

I dealt with them about a year ago and from what I got out it. Ist Integral claimed they bought my debt from MTE and they send it to the so called law firm in Houston; Lawal and associates. It's a bunch of bull and when I filed a complaint with the BBB they responded with a letter that looked like it was written by a 2nd grader and had several spelling mistakes. The last call I had with them I told them I was forwarding my complaints to my attorney and they haven't botherd me since.

Mr. Davis is the best, he contacted me at work yesterday misrepresenting himself as a lawyer relaying my personal information to our receptionist and then he told her he was sending a sheriff to arrest me. When I contacted him today to ask for his mailing address so my attorney could send him a letter, he hung up on me. I called him back 3x and he told me I was harrassing him and then asked me who I be. I responded by repeating his question who I be and asked him how it felt to be harrassed? I did file a complaint with the FTC today.
