I received a call from a Jeremy Ryan who told me that I was being summoned and that i have one chance before I'm served to settle it, but contacting the plaintiff at 844-246-0220. He had a case number also. And also called my brother who is now freaking out.

it is a scam.calling your brother broke the law also nobody calls ahead to tell you are summoned.the case number is bogus,and so is this jeremy ryan.report him to your AG,and have your brother file a police report as again that call broke the law.also let me google that number as you are right this sounds like a bottomfeeding pile of shit,but let me check just to confirm.
