You can turn your misfortune into a profit! But whatever you do DO NOT PAY THEM, they will take your money and keep harassing you and your family.

I have payment arrangements on file with this company and they have worked with me all this year. I have had to change many arrangements and they continue to work with me. They have been professional and polite. My brother in law also have a debt with them that they have worked professionally with him also. They have never violated the FDCPA and I will continue to pay them.
It sound like John Williams tries to escape paying his bills and wants to find ways to speak negative about companies so that he can file illegal lawsuits. PAY YOUR BILLS JOHN WILLIAMS AND THEY WONT BE CONTACTING YOU.

* * * * ANM86 * * * * I feel the same way and can relate to Mr. Williams. I am a very cooperative person. One call from them and i set up arrangements for a 2 part settlement agreement. They agreed to it. All i asked for in return was to send me a copy of the agreement in writing for my records. I was informed for 3 consecutive days that i will recieve that letter. Today is a week and i still have ter to recieve it. I gave the lady my fax# every day and she still finds an excuse to not send me the agreement. They have violated the FDCPA to the fullest. They threatened my job and livelyhood. Why? I had already set up the arrangments, all i wanted was notification in writing. The female was so rude, I reufsed to speak with her and hung up. She called back and threatened me with a lawsuit if i ever hung up on her again. I have never been treated so unfair and disrespected in my life. I refuse to pay this company a dime. They will just have to do what they have to do because thats what i plan to do as well.

I have worked with this company over the past year paying off debt. I have found that they are very open to assisting when you follow-up with them. So many of us have been hit with having to adjust in our failing economy. Just like any other company they will work with you as long as you take responsibility.
