I need assistance. I was getting ready to file for a ch 13 bankrupcy. Had papers ready to go and today I lost my job. I am devastated. What can I do? Can I still file for Ch 13 if I am now unemployed? Please be nice. I feel bad enough already. thanks

Here's some info for you. You said you just lost your job, you should be able to sign up for unemployment.
