I got a call from Dan Keller (a professor Owner of the company) Told me this is the last draw before legal action would be taken.

I asked for their business license and never got it. He made and offer and told me I had 24 hours to get back with them. I am still waiting for the license number for the business and since he said he was and attory, his bar number too.

I check myfloridalicense and there is no such company.

they said call back at
866655560

the number they called in on is 9046721814

makes no sense to me

Just got call from a Frank Johnson at Kellar King - 904-672-1808....ext. 2224....looking for an Erick Von Sanders.....don't know anyone by that name...but I called back out of curiosity...and got Frank Johnson at ext 2224....told him I had no idea who he was looking for, and asked him point blank if he was a debt collector....he said no. Living in college town, I get these calls looking for kids all the time....he was very polite to me, but I think he knew I had his number.

I am glad I found this page. I have been getting messages from them on my answering machine since I am gone a lot. They say something like there's been a decision reached on a matter concerning me and it would be in my best interest to call them back as soon as possible. I never did because they didn't give me enough info about why I should call them. I don't call people that I don't know. Mom says I should call them back but I thought I'd look them up first, and I am glad I did. The last thing I need is some pushy debt collector scammers calling me and threatening me. I have had a rough enough year! What can I do about them and what is a DV letter? Thanks :)

They called me this am and left a message on my voice mail. Called them back and they asked my name and phone #. I said who have I reached? and they didn't want to tell me/just kept asking me questions. Weird questions like was I this Albert somebody or was I just being nosey? I said, "hey you called me!" The lady was extremely rude and kept asking me if I had left a "contact number". I said, "what are you talking about?" "you called me" then I think she asked again if I knew this Albert guy and I said "NO!" and she yelled "GOOD BUY!" and hung up on me. WTF???

Does anyone know the address to this Keller King and Associates? My new wife has had an old bill from HSBC (Orchard Bank Credit Card) that started with some crazy balance and ended up accruing interest on its own. She contacted AIS Services who said the account was transferred to Keller King. She called them at 866-655-5560 and talked to David Stern who said that no payment from mail could be made and had to be given over the phone as a debit card or credit card number. I'd like to get to the bottom of this and file a claim under the federal Fair Debt Collecting Act.

I also had a car loan with HSBC, however my car was repossessed and I received a letter where it was sold. David Stern said I still owed the balance on the car and I had to pay with a debit card, a money order would not be accepted. Now that I think about it he did not want to give me an address to send a money order and wanted to be able to get money off of the debit card. I have two concerns. One is I did verify the last four digits of my Social, could I be in trouble behind this. And also am I supposed to pay any balance outstanding after the car was repossessed? By the way, David Stern tried to say I owed double the amount I have paperwork on and then he started talking about me being a hardship case and they would settle for less. He also threatened me with a lawsuit that he would sue me. Any help out there?
