Someone Will answer shortly
Someone should be along shortly to assist you. Also, look into the possibility of letting them know that you are not willing to go through mandatory arbitration. They are trying to rush it through so they can have a payday. You should also look into getting legal help. Go to Budd Hibbs website for this information. Also look at the arbitrationjustice.com website and see the info about lawsuits that are pending against both NAF, and Mann Bracken. See if you can petition to have a stay placed on your case due to several different lawsuits that have been filed against both Mann Bracken and NAF. Also, I would look toward others in the forum to also give advice as well. I am just making a few suggestions. You are not alone! A lot of people have been bilked out of a lot of money because of these two companies. Also reccommend five million dots.com for more info.

The National Arbitration Forum just recently announced that it was no longer going to be involved in the arbitration of credit card debts. Apparently they were being sued to much, and there is too much proof that they are not the impartial forum that they claim to be. Also, they are allegedly owned by a hedge fund that also owns Mann Bracken. Hmmm. This should help your case, as I can't imagine NAF awards will continue to hold much wait.
