Mann Bracken in more DEEP TROUBLE

Recently, the AG of Minnesota also has Mann Bracken and the NAF in its sites. Let's see Georgia, Neveda, New York...and now Minnesota. Venture to guess that both Mann Bracken as well as NAF will soon have to stop all debt collections period and or face some serious criminal charges? There may even be criminal wrong doing that will come to light because of all the scrutiny that this company has recieved here of late..., but where is the FTC? More info on, arbitrationjustice.com.

As far as I can tell, NAF has already stopped all its debt collection activities, at leas those pertaining to credit cards. Lets hope that Mann Bracken's exit isn't too far behind.
