Previously my account was with Eskanos & Adler, they merged with Mann Bracken. They sent a monthly letter showing my new balance so I always knew they received my payment. Mann Bracken does not do this.
How can I force Mann Bracken to give me a statement showing my payment since 7/31/2008?

You actually can't. Most collection agencies do not send statements of receipts. The only time they have to do this is when it is paid in full. Do you have a written agreement with Mann Bracken? All you can do is to keep your cancelled checks/bank statements that show proof of payment. As long as you do not pay in cash, then you can prove any payments that you have made. You could add up all of the payments that you have made since July of 2008 and try calling an verifying with them, but they may or may not respond as you would like.
