New York AG filed lawsuit against Debt Collector with dba's

I'm sorry if this was posted alread but I didn't see it.
New York AG filed a lawsuit against Benning-Smith Group who operates 13 different companies. Article is pretty interesting and one of the collectors on the list is Noble and Associates....I wonder if that is the same Noble that others are having problems with on here. One place even threatened a lady with assult against her daughter if she didn't pay.

I just saw a video clip of this story on CNN.com. I cannot believe that a collector left a voicemail telling a debtor to learn to speak english, and calling her an uneducated reject. And people wonder why no one wants to work with collectors. There may be a lot of good ones out there, but they are overshadowed by jerks like this.
