What Does Chapter 13 payments include? I am current on my mortgage and cars. Just behind on CC's that I can't Pay anymore. If I file ch 13 Do I still make my house and car Payment myself or does the trustee. I can't do Ch 7 till dec 2010

That depends on the plan you create with your BK attorney. Generally you will list your current mortgage and car payments in paragraph C (direct payments by debtor to creditors), and you will keep paying them as usual. If you want the trustee to pay them, you can put them in E2 (dispersements by trustee) instead and the trustee will pay them.
