I received a letter from a ca and attorney within the ca office providing me a Notice of Appearance, no date no other information original creditor GMAC. GMAC recently exited bk. I forwarded dv, and was provided a statement from 1996 past SOL. Then they send me a notice of judgment filed. Again, I inquired about about dv and stating this in violation.
I was not provided any other information, no court date, etc.
Please provide e with information.
