Payday loans

Can anyone tell me if these pay day loan companies are illegal in the state of Maryland. I have retained a lawyer for bankruptcy and plan to include them but they keep calling harassing me that they can take me to court if I don't continue making a payment. I need some advice on how to handle them.

Cashnetusa in a CSO, (Credit Service Organization) which means they are perfectly legal in what they charge, you will need to make payment arrangements with them.

Ok. thanks for the information. Can I include Cashnet USA in my bankruptcy settlement or should I try to make payment arrangements with them. VIP loan called me yesterday threatening to take me to court if I don't make so kind of arrangement with them. Should I worry about this? Or should I let my attorney handle it.

i would include cashnet in your petition.also i wouldn't worry about VIP.include them too,and yes let your attorney handle it from there.
