Finally hard debit block National City. fraud....so now what?

OK...After struggling for months, National City finally put a hard debit block on my account. ONLY because I had fraudulant charges. No joke, all of these electronic checks went through my account, in small amounts...30 dollars, 40, 60, 80 and so on. They were from non-existant places with generic websites. I had talked to someone at one of the numbers and they said that I had authorized this charge (freedom protection?) when I applied for a payday loan. No..umm I did not. SO now, I have a new account, my old is blocked and the bank manager assured me that no ach would reopen it, and I could close it when I have the balance to zero. Finally, I have been trying to get them to do this for so long, that I am thankful and worried in the same breath.
I am in Pennsylvania.
Here's the 411.
A while back, I applied for payday loans to help cover some overdraft charges. I made one mess up in my account and the cascade was terrible. ANyways, to make a long story short, I was not very familiar with the process...and After filling out a million applications I gave up. My account was such a mess...I had deposits going in an out...companies I never heard of...and just yesterday a debit from LPcollections, which I disputed. I finally figured out that a long ago deposit, which I thought was from my credit union labeled"din investments" was a loan from Loan Point, to my surprise, as I had never authorized or spoken to anyone about a loan from them.
Now I have deposits and withdrawals form all of these different companies, and no tracking...no e-mails, no phone calls to verify my info nothing!
I know this is my fault and I was so stupid...to give my info and wreak such havok on my account! I will never do this again.
How do I even begin to find out what loans I actually have and owe on? There were only two I knew of, and those were almost paid off. DO I just look these places up online? If I authorized it, like I said...never an email, phone call...anything...just...so now the games will begin.
The legitimate ones, there are two I know I authorized Cashnet and Payday One, which both were almost paid off...actually overpaid. I sent them ACH revocations.
I do not want to give anyone...NO ONE access to my account ever again.
So now do I wait for the phone calls? What is my next step to start figuring this mess out?
Thank Goodness for the fraud...or I would surely be in some real trouble in my account...it is so messed up right now!
