PDL NYS NEED HELP

Can anyone send me or tell me where I can get a copy of the law governing NYS PDLS? I want to add it to my C&D Letter. Also can anyone share any information on the following companies (email or address) These are all internet Payday Loans. From what I can gather they are all illegal??

I see the C&D letters in the do it yourself to collection agency
I see the C&D letters in the do it yourself to collection agency's but are there specific letters out there to PDL companies. I have defaulted on 3 and am getting ready to default on the other next week. I want to make sure I pay back the original amount, which is a minimal amount to each, but I also want to avoid them calling me at work. Can any give me a suggestion?
