to give me any address. In their email they state they do
not accept mailed payments and do not offer an address for security reasons. I must fax a formal request for an address from a lawyer or third party debtor. Now what?
I have done the following, email and faxed over my ACH
revoke letter asking for address and what they show me
owing. ( I live in New Jersey)
Also I just received a called from Geneva Roth who I
believe belongs to Loan Point USA who I have paid
in full in all the fees. I have also sent them a certified
letter (ACH Revoke) emailed and faxed to them. THey
keep calling. I have informed my employer of this also.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

how much do you owe to payday loan yes? they are so shady, security reasons? please.. i would keep sending their letters demaning a physical address. if they want their money, which i am guessing that they do, they will eventually give in to your demands.

Payday-Loan-Yes I had a similar conversation with pdl yes a couple of days ago - they offered to send me validation of my loan for a $50 charge to my debit/credit card only method they took. They told me that they wouldn't give out their address because they were afaid that someone would locate them and harm them.
