Academy Collection Services harassment

I have been getting calls from this 215-320-0424 number in the last month and Some mean Mindee lady leaves some very awfully rude messages on my voicemail. She has yet to tell me where she is from and who the debt is owed too. She just yells and talks so fast on the messages that all I've been able to hear so far is "lawsuit will be filed by the end of the business day tomorrow." She generally calls my cell phone when I'm at work, so I can't answer it. I don't know what to do.
I only just looked up the number online and found that it belonged to this "Academy Collections Agency," which apparently does not have the greatest reputations.
SO what I'm wondering is whether she can file a suit or if she's just making empty threats.
I'm assuming it's about a $3000 debt to citi bank because everyone else who gets called from Academy is about Citi bank. I'm 21 and a full time college student, and have no idea how to deal with this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

she is making empty threats.if she could file suit she would have already.instead she has to repeat the same threat over and over.send a DV letter asap.send it certified mail return receipt.if you do a search in the box upper right.itshould give an address for academy.
