you won't go to jail for owing a debt, there's advice on this site to close your bank account and other things to help you. you have to pay your necessary bills first. you need to survive. look to bankruptcy as the last resort. i followed the advice from this site and am pdl free. try to find ways to cut down on some things, for example, one year, i didn't have cable. doing that gave me extra money every month. please don't give up and don't feel like there's no hope. you can get through this. :)

Hi Chula, don't dispair, the people here are a big help. You have come to the right place. I see you listed your loans and the payback amount. I think the other piece of information needed is how much you have paid (in fees) on the loans.

I think you should close your account (don't tell the payday loans companies until you have your money secure. The contact the PDLs and see if you can work out some sort of extended payment plans. I know that Advance America and Check into Cash should offer that program to you.

I know others will come on soon and give you more advice. But please keep plugging away and listen to the advice here.

Looking at your list, you may only have one unlicensed lender and that is the last IPDL. I acan assure that that the others are licensed, but necessiarily as a PDL's possibly as installment lenders. With that many being legal, it really does not matter how much you have paid in fees, so don't waste time digging up that informations. We need more information the last loan, mainly who it is.

Thank you so much! just reading all of your replies I feel so much better... its been really rough! my life has been upside down since January (when I started wit the 1st loan)... well the last loan is Check 'n Go (online). Well I'm considering bankruptcy just because of my credit card debt (i owe a lot of money) n I heard that I will have to stop paying this loans before including them on chapter 7 (just because of the fact that they r renew every two weeks). I just don't want them harrasing me at work, my bosses/friends/coworkers). I'm a private person and I don't want my problems out there...
