Paycheck Today

I just checked my status of Paycheck Today's website after I sent them a letter stating I overpaid them, and filed complaints with AG and BBB. Anyway, my status says "CKA" I googled this and got a few different things, one of them being a mediation company. Does anyone know what this means

that is just a term they use.CKA is a collection agency who will use that term as a tactic.just an FYI.
